About the Role
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Monitor all practice activities in line with the business environment
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Patient care from first query to recall after care has been completed
About You
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive change in the business
- Previous management experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, but not essential
- A high degree of attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: $30.00 – $39.00 per hour
