Practice Manager
National Dental Care is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art DB Dental Claremont practice.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee and manage the daily performance and operations of our thriving DB Dental Claremont practice. This crucial role requires initiative and sound judgement, with the ability to coordinate both clinical and administrative teams effectively. Working closely with the Lead Dentist and regional Practice Development Manager, you’ll ensure all necessary resources, systems, processes and procedures are in place for the optimal running of the practice, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and customer service.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Practice Manager in a large Dental practice.
- Previous Dental Reception and Dental Assistant experience.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in leading the implementation of company policies and processes to maintain practice integrity and professionalism.
- An ability to handle a diverse range of administrative duties to support practice operations.
- Proficiency in Medicare and private health fund claiming processes with a thorough understanding of billing codes and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a diverse team, ensuring high performance and fostering professionalism development
