As the Practice Manager at Menai Dental Centre, part of the Kikada Dental Group, located in Menai, NSW, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our non-clinical department. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of various administrative and managerial responsibilities within our dynamic dental practice. Your main tasks will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient management.
- Managing and leading a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient service delivery.
- Working closely with the Operations team from the Kikada Dental Group receiving mentoring and guidance - being part of a wider network
- Coordinating staff schedules and rosters to maintain optimal staffing levels for seamless practice operations.
- Implementing and maintaining effective office systems and protocols to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Handling financial matters such as billing, invoicing, and budget management to support the financial health of the practice.
- Implementing Kikada Group policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Working closely with clinical staff to facilitate a positive working culture - effective communication and collaboration between departments.
- Contributing to the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing patient engagement and practice growth.
