Practice Manager
Pain Specialists Australia is a thriving, multidisciplinary pain medicine practice.
Our growing team comprises Anaesthetists and Pain Specialists, Rehabilitation Physicians, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, and a truly collaborative and passionate administration and management team.
Our ongoing growth and expansion means that we are recruiting a full-time Practice Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Based at our purpose-built headquarters in Richmond, this role offers a great opportunity to build on your skills, establish a genuine career pathway and champion our high standards of treatment and patient care.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven record of successfully managing and engaging staff, teams, and stakeholders, including a multi-site environment
- Excellent time-management skills, initiative-taking and strong attention to detail
- Capable decision-making, competence, and reliability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for service quality
- The design and delivery of business improvement projects, aligned to strategic objectives and future growth and expansion of the business
- A deep understanding of specialist private practice, private health, Medicare, and compensable agencies
- Effective decision-making and an ability to influence positive outcomes within a collaborative workplace
- Intermediate experience with Xero accounting software, Office365 and Genie Practice Software within a MAC environment

Requirements:
- Current National Police Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (three (3) doses)
- Previous experience within the medical sector
