The core mission of Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT) is to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty for children, young people and families. We have a particular focus on serving vulnerable communities in the ACT and regional, rural NSW.
The Junction Youth Health Service team are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/ Youth Health Nurse with a minimum five years' experience in a part-time position. Our team currently includes GPs, a Practice Nurse, medical reception and a youth work team. We have a part-time position available, hours/days negotiable.
Together we will deliver holistic support and primary care services to vulnerable young people of the ACT and their dependent children. The Nursing team will work alongside the General Practitioners and the Youth Workers to provide holistic proactive clinical care within a multidisciplinary team both within the clinic and through the mobile clinic van being established in 2023.
Long appointments and allocated walk-in appointment times, along with paid attendance for clinical and team management meetings makes this a well-supported and remunerated position.
Tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse are mandatory.
The salary range for this position is $39.26 to $42.25 per annum, plus 10.5% employer superannuation guarantee. Generous salary packaging benefits are available under Anglicare's PBI status. Anglicare also offers other benefits including additional personal leave and paid parental leave.
