Overview
The purpose of this role is to champion the company’s positioning as ‘The Practitioner Company’, with our existing practitioner customers whilst continuing to drive growth of the brand in your territory.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will undertake a diverse range of activities including:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organisation’s products/services.
- Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of BioMedica products, company developments, customers and competitors.
- Conduct an average of 6 customer appointments per day via in-clinic visits and virtual calls.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management if required.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all CRM daily, Rep reports, expenses, emails and phone calls to customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Participate in trade shows and seminars.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Naturopathy (Australia) or equivalent relevant experience
- Naturopathic clinical experience
- Previous territory management or sales experience
- Must have a drivers license
