We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pre-Registration Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pre-Registration Pharmacist, you will work under the supervision of experienced pharmacists to gain practical experience and develop your skills in various pharmacy settings. Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication and providing pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Learn and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines for pharmacy practice.
- Engage with patients to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- Participate in medication reviews and medication management services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
- Registered as a pre-Registration Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pharmacy tasks.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have acheived the required minimum standard in IELTS if applicable.
