- Work with the General Manager and the leadership team to ensure that effective engagement and communication is maintained between QRA and its key external stakeholders, taking lead accountability for liaison with the Department and their office.
- Support the Directors of the branch and the General Manager in developing and delivering timely, high quality reports, correspondence, briefs, media materials and other communications that convey QRA's position with clarity and impact.
- Manage incoming cabinet related policy requests, including liaising with subject experts for key information, developing responses and obtaining appropriate approvals within timeframes required.
- Provide inputto Cabinet submission processes for QRA, including drafting Cabinet submissions and associated materials, managing consultation processes and pathways through Cabinet.
- Collate information to brief the CEO and executive team in preparation for stakeholder engagement, ensuring emerging issues are identified.
- Review QRA's communications, ensuring that it includes the appropriate analysis of issues and understanding of Government priorities.
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, approaching engagement and communication from a perspective of enriching these relationships.
- Provide feedback and advice to the General Manager in relation to any emerging trends or issues of concern with potential to impact QRA.
