AddressEden Ritchie are seeking a Principal Procurement and Contract Officer will actively participate in the finalisation of the transcription services arrangement/s, and be responsible for the management of the contractual arrangement with the Transcription Service Providers (TSPs) to ensure the timely and accurate provision of Courts transcripts. This is an initial 3 month role with a possible 1 month extension in the Brisbane CBD.
As the Principal Procurement and Contract Officer, you will:
- Participate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the transcription service providers management frameworks and associated processes, in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate service provision against the contract through planned and regular reporting and analysis.
- Manage internal and external relationships to ensure service provision by contracted providers meets stakeholder needs.
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract.
- Address and resolve non-compliance of service delivery contract obligations by transcription service providers, as required.
- Integrate and interpret performance data to achieve greater ongoing efficiencies and benefits.
- Prepare reports on performance against contracts for senior stakeholders.
Your suitability for this role will be assessed against how you:
- Demonstrate experience in sourcing, contract management or service delivery in high passed challenging environment.
- Demonstrate experience in developing relationships and maintaining productive relationships with groups in the procurement cycle such as a procurement, vendor management, service delivery and agency stakeholders.
- Prove the ability to monitor and report on demand management, value chain analysis, risk mitigation and vendor performance as it relates to the contractual deliverables.
- Demonstrate an ability to prepare written relating to supplier management and contract management of the procurement lifecycle.
