Your Key Accountabilities will include:
Providing strategic and operational financial management services for the organisation. Coordinating the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets and forward estimates, and analysis, reporting and forecasting of the department's financial performance and position within the organisation Create a work environment encouraging teamwork whilst empowering individuals to strive for continuous improvement, seek challenges, develop skills, and achieve results. Assist the ongoing development of staff through team leadership and performance management processes. Research matters to prepare quality reports, submissions, correspondence, and briefing notes for management on financial management issues and impacts.
