The Role
Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned vertical and become a specialist by:
Build and manage a dual desk for both contract and permanent placements in IT recruitment.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry.
Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
What are we looking for in you?
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Proven track record of success in both contract and permanent recruitment.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and recruitment trends.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
