About the role
Join us in this newly created role to lead, develop and continuously improve Asset Governance within council. Your main focus will be to coordinate an integrated strategic asset management (SAM) framework for infrastructure related assets across the city.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead infrastructure Asset Governance including mentoring, influencing and monitoring council's asset management maturity to key corporate goals
- Manage an integrated strategic asset management (SAM) framework
- Provide specialist Asset Governance advice, coaching and support
- Stakeholder engagement for an integrated SAM system

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an infrastructure related degree
- Hold a current Queensland C Class driver's licence
- Experience and knowledge in the governance of asset management
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and ability to identify solutions

This is a permanent full time position, Level 8 with a salary between $121,294 and $136,864 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
