About the role
Responsabilities:
- Ensure full achievement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) BHP plan.
- Lead transfer processing knowledge from the laboratory/pilot stages to the demonstrative leaching plant and from leaching demo plant to capital projects
- Design and implementation of the demonstrative program.
- Evaluate performance of demonstrative test plan through the analysis of the technology critical drivers.
- Design technical controls for the success of the program
- Provide Technical Support and advice on QA&QC to demo leaching plant ensuring replication and scalability of technology.
- Coordination of data review and analysis activities with consultants, technical stakeholders and projects team
About You
Requirements:
- Metallurgicall and Chemical Degree.
- More than 8 years of experience in process industry.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in leaching and engineering process.
- Experience in leaching testing.
- Management about metallurgical data.
- Experimental and systematic thinking.
- English written and spoken.
