Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advanced expert technical advice and guidance for multiple cross platform systems, applications deployment, systems integration, acceptance testing and applications support.
- Investigating and resolving problems within a complex integration environment that utilizes a variety of interfacing technologies (e.g. HL7 messaging, SOAP/REST APIs, Databases, etc.).
- Maintaining an efficient and secure operational environment by consulting, advising and providing system design, product installation and operational support.
- Technical skills and the ability to provide expert technical direction, standardisation and support of the enterprise infrastructure (HL7, Java, JCAPS, Rhapsody) (SFIA Code: ASUP 5).
- Expert ability to analyse IT system issues and successfully implement solutions (SFIA Code: PBMG 5).
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge of scripting technologies (Python/BASH) (SFIA: PROG Level 3).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal project stakeholders in order to deliver the required healthcare outcomes (SFIA: RLMT Level 5).
- Demonstrated experience with the ITIL methodology and processes (SFIA: METL Level 5).
- Ability to develop, implement and ensure compliance to technical policies, standards and procedures at an enterprise level (SFIA Code: ISCO 6).
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2) (SFIA Code: METL 4).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team (NHS: Collaborative Working).
