What will your typical day look like?
As a Private Tax & Advisory Analyst in our Sydney team, you will support a group of talented Managers, Directors, and Partners who work with Australia's most iconic families and private enterprises, including entrants on the BRW Rich List. Your client portfolio will comprise of high new wealth individuals and family groups, all the way through to privately owned start-up enterprises and through to large mature trading businesses.. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, delivering the below services with the support of your team:
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for trusts, individuals, companies and partnerships
- Preparation and review of all ATO correspondence, including compliance and private group tax reviews
- Identifying and advising clients on complex (or tailored) tax solutions
- Assist on advisory engagements including estate planning and succession planning
- Act as intermediary between directors, managers and your team
- Provide exceptional client service
- Delegation to and supervision of client work from junior staff
- Technical support and training of junior staff

We're looking for someone with:
- Currently completing CA qualifications
- Prior experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier professional or accounting services firm
- Solid foundation of technical skills in taxation and accounting
- Strong collaborative skills, a dedicated work ethic and excellent communication skills
- A passion for working with private clients and families
