Ideally you have demonstrated experience in identifying PR and Media opportunities as well the ability to translate the messages in conjunction with the digital manager across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and accelerate communication opportunities with all media
- Negotiate and manage all PR releases
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Create PR messaging
- Create compelling content.
- Planning and executing 360 degree communications campaigns
- Ability to deliver positive media outcomes
- Plan public relations initiatives to support campaigns, content and marketing calendars
- Monitor and analyse press coverage
- Execute content and communication strategies
- Respond to Press requests
- Write copy for press releases, eDMs and website
- 5+ years' experience, either in-house or agency
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines on a weekly basis
- Highly organised with the ability to forecast and forward plan
- Proven experience in PR/media relations, communications, or a related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding and experience in content writing
