What does our PRODUCTION TEAM do?
- Food Preparation - involves cutting meat and vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing and preparing food for various cooking methods
- Assembly - involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; running of food to different areas; lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs
- Packing - fast-paced, physical role, you must be OK to work in a chiller environment
Permanent Part Time Shift times:
- Early Morning Kitchen Food Preparation: shift 3am - 11.30am (Monday to Thursday)
- Day Shift Assembly: shift 7am to 3.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
- Mid Morning Shift Picking / Packing: shift 10am to 6.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
- Afternoon Picking / Packing: shift 1pm to 9.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
- Night Kitchen Food Preparation: shift 9pm to 5.30am (Sunday to Wednesday)
- ** With all shifts flexibility of start and finish times is required **
Some information about you:
- You have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- You enjoy doing repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day
- You have some knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards
- You can work in a cold environment - our factory is maximum 8 degrees Celsius
- You have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team
- You have your own transport - some of our shifts start or finish when there is no public transport available
