SalaryRandstad are partnering with a state government agency to bring together talentedProcurement professionals to facilitate the mission of the organisation to shape Melbourne.
The role will see you working with stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manageprocurements and contracts and support the team to deliver business objectives.
This is a 6 months contract to begin as soon as possible in the VPS 5 banding.
Your duties will include:● Running end to end sourcing events, approval briefs, tendering, evaluation and approval inline with VGPB standards● Manage and maintain procurement data in the Contract Management System● Prepare and review market approval documents, tender documentation, Evaluation andNegotiation Plans and contract management documentation● Provide high level Procurement and Contracts related advice
About you:● Be able to work collaboratively and support the group● Be able to uphold department values and policies and work in line with VGPB framework● Be able to think creatively and contribute to development of company policies● Strong communication and negotiation skills
