We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate team in the role of Procurement and Business Support Coordinator. The newly created role will play an integral part in supporting the next stage of growth of our iconic tourism destinations.
The Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery located 15 minutes from Lilydale is the busiest tourism destination in the Yarra Valley, welcoming weekly visitors in excess of 15,000. With a stunning retail showroom, couverture chocolate production on-site (and on view), a 300-seat all-day café and an in-house ice creamery, the Chocolaterie experience is like no other, and…… the Chocolaterie could be your new place of work!
The key areas of focus and responsibility will include –
- The management of and purchasing of all goods and services required by the business, including raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables.
- Supporting the administration requirements of the Owners and General Manager
- The continuous review and development of relevant business processes
You will also support the Great Ocean Road and Mornington Peninsula Chocolateries but be based in our Yarra Glen office.

The applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in Procurement
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, business writing and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication capacities including the ability to be pro-active and work independently or in a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet critical deadlines
