About the Role
Based at our production facility in Bilbul, you will be responsible for the planning and organising of all goods, services & equipment necessary for the wine production area to operate. You will be required to negotiate with suppliers, maintain and monitor chemical usage spreadsheets and supplies whilst also recording, monitoring and analysing energy usage. The successful applicant will also play an active role in recruiting, training and supervision of Vintage Seasonal Staff.
About You
You will be a committed and enthusiastic individual with a minimum 5 years experience in the procurement of goods and services. This role requires knowledge of ERP systems and their application to procurement and stock management, as well as a working knowledge of winemaking practices and procedures. You will be a highly motivated individual who can work both independently and in a team environment and have the ability to meet deadlines and have sound attention to detail.
