Due to expansion, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Procurement and Quality Officerfor an immediate start.
The Procurement and Quality Officer at Specialised Solutions will play a crucial role in overseeing procurement activities, transport and logistics, compliance management, and accreditation processes. The role will also provide support to Project Managment.
This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of Procurement and compliance regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and the SCA National Structural Steelwork Compliance Scheme (NSSCS).

Required qualities
- Proven experience in procurement management, preferably within the steel manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and the integration of compliance requirements within procurement activities.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance regulations and standards in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and NSSCS standards and their application to operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using a variety of software systems
