Salary Range: $95,746 - $109,072 (PN: 66012, Several)
ACT Property Groups (ACTPG) Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Team is responsible for the delivery of both planned and reactive repairs and maintenance (R&M) services as well as building and property upgrades.
ACTPG are looking to fill two temporary positions initially for a 12-month contract with possibility of an extension. The Procurement Coordination Officer will play a critical role in progressing a suite of procurements as outlined in the ACTPG Procurement Plan.
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate skills and experience in drafting procurement documents and coordinating procurement activities. You will be a self-starter and highly motivated to succeed with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
ACT Property Group provides expert property management and maintenance services to the ACT Government and the community. The Group manages and maintains buildings and property that enable the ACT Government to provide Government and community services. The group supports the ACT Governments delivery of its services through flexible, efficient and cost effective accommodation solutions and property services. Community services and support are also enabled through the provision of properties to community organisations at affordable rental rates. ACT Property Group operates on a fee for service basis with a requirement to provide a dividend to government.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
Highly desirable
- Holding a formal qualification in Procurement and Contract Management would be highly regarded.
- Hold a current driver’s licence (car).
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
