Overview

We are embarking on an exciting new challenge to implement SAP S/4HANA for the ANZ region. We will be the first region globally at Kraft Heinz to deliver a best-in-class S/4HANA roadmap- shaping the path for other Business Units across Kraft Heinz globally to follow. The new SAP landscape will give us state-of-the-art tools and capabilities across all areas of the business including Finance- Supply Chain- Procurement and Manufacturing and will also allow us to fully leverage the huge amount of data that we have as an organisation.

About the role

The SAP Indirect Procurement to Pay subject matter expert will play a crucial role in the delivery of the S/4HANA implementation program for the procurement organization. This expert will collaborate with the system integrator- business- and technical teams to ensure successful S/4HANA implementation and integration with SRM and future roadmap for Ariba Buying Solution.

Expected responsibilities and capabilities

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP Procurement solutions
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations of S/4HANA
  • Strong functional expertise in procurement
  • Solid stakeholder engagement skills/expertise- including leading workshops with stakeholders and providing status reports to the PTP Business Lead
  • Capability to influence procurement business management team throughout the project lifecycle from design- build- testing and deployment from both a leadership perspective and a functional perspective
  • A strong understanding of cross-functional integration with other modules- such as Manufacturing- Logistics Execution- and Finance.
  • Domain expertise in procurement - preferably within a Manufacturing- Oil and Gas or Consumer Products environment and experience with integration to third-party Cloud Procurement products- such as SAP Ariba or Coupa.
