One of Australia’s prominent Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an experienced ICT Procurement Support Officer to coordinate and undertake ICT procurement activities, building stakeholder relationships, and preparing reports and proposals. The ICT Procurement Support Officer will be flexible, organised, and able to multitask, with a keen eye for detail. The successful ICT Procurement Support Officer will be offered an initial 6 month contract along with a 6 month extension option partnered with a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful ICT Procurement Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Build on key stakeholder relationships within and outside the agency
- Prepare correspondence, reports, submissions, and proposal papers as required
- Under broad direction coordinate and undertake ICT procurement activities
The successful ICT Procurement Support Officer will have experience in the following:
- Experience in a procurement role in the Commonwealth would be highly regarded, but not essential
- Be flexible and organised with the ability to multitask
- Adaptable to change and a collaborative team member who enjoys working in a client-focused
