The position
As a Product Analyst with Tic:Toc, you will be responsible for supporting the product planning and execution lifecycle across our Home Loans or Enterprise (PaaS & SaaS) functions.
This includes monitoring product performance, gathering user needs, prioritising product features and working closely with the Product Managers to achieve product & business goals.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with User Experience, Delivery & Technology, Home Loans Operations and Enterprise teams to effectively understand, analyse, design and document product development priorities that balances operational, technical, and commercial priorities.
Here's a few other things you'll do:
- Help define, shape and execute against our product vision and business OKR's.
- Work closely with Product Managers to gather competitive intelligence to understand the market landscape and industry direction
- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders from design, marketing, engineering, data, and risk, to ensure alignment of product features
- Assist in defining product success metrics and analytics, to aid customer centric product design and demonstrate realised value
- Assist and support Product Managers with the positioning and pricing monetisation opportunities
- Ensure product requirements are well documented and understood by Delivery & Technology
- Gather data and insights which include customer insights and feedback to feed into product features
- Work collaboratively with customers and user experience to drive and present customer research
- Communicate with key stakeholders on relevant product awareness, opportunities and outcomes
- Educate the organisation on our product suite and key drivers of value
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach in identifying the potential for change
- Act as the voice of the customer or user for accepting delivered product features
- Demonstrated experience within a software-based product environment
- Analysis skills to identify market trends, pricing sensitivity, competitor features, cost vs benefit
- Demonstrated experience identifying and/or creating product features for new and existing products
- Analytical capability to review and consider customer feedback and insights to continuously evolve and improve products
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies along with knowledge of user centred design
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build and maintain relationships
- Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to take people on the product journey as our product evolves
- Ability to write technical/product specs and requirements
