The Company
This tech company is going through exciting growth and is looking for a highly talented and progressive Product Designer to join the team to grow their current product offering. You'll be joining a highly-collaborative team with complete autonomy and you'll also have the opportunity to learn from an inspiring leader.
The Role
As a Product Designer, you'll have the opportunity to own the whole design process using your user experience design practices to engage directly with customers, finding out their needs, and applying it directly to drive product growth and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibility
Take ownership of the overall responsibility for the product's User Experience and be the voice of the user.
Build functional prototypes to validate and test your design assumptions by conducting inexpensive experiments.
Facilitating workshops related to requirements gathering, usability testing, and acceptance testing.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Develop sketches, wire-frames, and interactive models to prototype and test solutions on users.
About you
You have 4+ years of Product Design experience, having shipped complex products, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
A systemic design approach and experience in developing the foundations, patterns and governing rules of a design system are essential. Experience building a Design System from scratch will be viewed very positively.
Knows the fundamentals of creating landing pages and extracting value out of experiments.
You can create clear and friendly user interfaces and have a portfolio to showcase your work that equally balances UX with elegant UI.
You love solving problems through design and can communicate your ideas with sketches, journey maps, wireframes, screen flows, and rapid prototypes.
You are good at communicating design decisions clearly. You’ll present your design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and clients.
