Working closely with Marketing and Operations the Product Development Lead's main responsibilities are:
- Manage new and existing Product Development projects, delivering them in accordance with agreed timelines and standards
- Manage and classify projects through Lolliland's NPD framework
- Update existing and complete new product specifications
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to efficiently introduce NPD
- Work with marketing and operations to manage the product lifecycle of existing products and the introduction of NPD
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement of existing products and processes
- Ensure compliance to brand, regulatory and quality standards for all NPD and any changes to exiting products
- Proofing inner and outer packaging before mass production
About You:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
- Proven project management and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of FSANZ, ACCC and food compliance requirements
