Dreamlines Australia is the Australian branch of global online cruise retail company, Dreamlines GmbH based in Hamburg, Germany. This exciting and industry leading travel company operates in Europe, United Kingdom and Australia and is dedicated to a global growth strategy. Dreamlines operates two brands in Australia; CruiseAway & Cruise1st. As we are growing our team, we are looking for a product manager with a passion for cruising and interested in creating unique and innovative cruise holiday packages to join our team in Australia.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Develop attractive and unique cruise packages including land, air and cruise that stands out in this competitive market.
Work with existing and new supply partners including cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and hotels.
Manage relationships and negotiate competitive pricing with all suppliers (land, cruise and air)
Oversee management of groups
Work with marketing colleagues to promote product.
Product creating for all marketing channels (NL, Press, TV, DM, etc)
Ensure accuracy of online content including imagery, content, and pricing.
Work closely with the sales teams and deliver necessary product training sessions.
Develop product strategies based on the market trend and data to grow booking volume and commission.
Work within a global function as we well as with the local Australian team.
Your Profile
Advanced knowledge of the cruise and travel industry
First years of work experience in the travel industry
Experience in product development and management
Experience in supplier management and price negotiations
Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly.
Innovative mind, passion for cruising, performance driven attitude, exceptional communication & presentation skills
