Product Manager Hi-Tech Coatings [Aerospace, Automotive, Medical]

As a product manager you will be required to work across several key sections of our business. Primarily you will be focused on the management of the new PLATIT coating plant. You will be part of an extensive national team, with involvement in strategic planning and marketing. Your role will include the management of the plant and its performance and liaising to ensure precision and supply timelines are meet.

Experience:

You must have 10+ years of experience in tool design and manufacture along with numerous years of experience working with Hi-Tech coatings.

Key Competencies:

Build to European Standards a technical centre for R&D and coating of special tools for Aerospace and high precision machine tools.
Recruitment and training of new staff for production coatings and sales.
Programming and inspection for custom coatings for defence and aerospace contractors.
Maintain the highest level of precision in tool coating process and quality control.
