Our Product management team is looking for a Product Manager - Content to join their team and play an active role in the product community here at Coles and contribute formally to the growth and engagement of the chapter. About the role
As a Product Manager - Content, you will be responsible for how content gets shown to shoppers on coles.com.au and the Coles app including creating a roadmap for your squad that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics.
About you and your skills
- You are an experienced Product Manager, responsible for leading a product squad within your crew
- You are the go-to person for the product your squad and are responsible for supporting the squad in delivering against the set OKRs
- You take the lead in defining the backlog, maintaining performance metrics and ensuring your roadmap aligns with the overarching business and product strategies
Your skills
- Proven specialist in enterprise-level content management systems, in particular Adobe Experience Manager, and building content managed experiences on digital platforms (web and app)
- Deep understanding of content management strategy including information architecture, content, images and videos
- Understanding of SEO practices so that content templates and URLs are optimised
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter
- Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions to large number of stakeholders
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
- Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering, design and marketing
