Everyday Horizon Power supplies electricity to over 110,000 residents and 10,000 businesses in remote and regional Western Australia. Spanning a service area of 2.3 million square kilometres, we are responsible for the largest geographical catchment of any Australian power provider.
About the role
This dynamic role sits within the Marketing & Insights team in the Customer Experience division, directly supporting the Senior Manager, Marketing & Insights. The role collaborates with product owners in the Customer Solutions team, and the Customer & Community team, to develop and execute effective campaigns that meet strategic objectives. This includes ‘go to market’ campaigns for new products and services. The role leads the development and execution of a variety of campaigns to support the businesses strategic and tactical goals.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Senior Manager, Marketing & Insights with implementing the Customer Experience marketing strategy, strategic campaigns and strategic initiatives that align to corporate strategy and business objectives;
- Develop and execute go to market campaigns to launch innovative products and services.
- Work with key stakeholders to execute against agreed strategy to deliver business outcomes;
- Develop customer insight-led marketing plans for the product suite including product specific implementation plans for multi-channel marketing campaigns;
- Own the creative development and lead the management of implementation through third party relationships and channels;.
- Build customer loyalty and brand health via various marketing channels, content, campaigns, emails and events.
- Analysis and reporting on campaign performance and efficacy with post-campaign reports and digital analytics reporting.

In addition to sharing our passion, to be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a product marketing role for an energy or technology business, with a degree in marketing, commerce or related discipline desirable but not essential.
- A demonstrated ability to think strategically whilst having strong tactical execution capability.
- Develop and manage sucessful marketing strategies and plans
- Successful campaign development and ability to identify optimal channel mix and execution including reporting, performance analysis and optimisation.
- Extensive experience in managing and evaluating customer and market research and developing actionable insight and outcomes
- Excellent communications skills, with a focus on digital marketing content
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to ensure ability to drive multiple campaign and content requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines and budgets
- Effective collaboration, stakeholder and partner management
