- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing senior stakeholders, understanding their problems and the value of solutions
- Collaborating with client and internal stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes
- Iteration/Release planning, Backlog Prioritization
- Design-driven product thinking
- Manage story mapping workshops
- Defining Epics and User Storis
- Performing impact analysis for each new feature getting introduced.
- Support testing teams as required
- Engagement with client team for future enhancements for the application
- Work in Global Delivery model
- Skills /Competencies:
- Essential:
- A formal product management qualification e.g. CSPO or SAFe certification
- Experience handling at least few large product development
- Defining Epics and User Stories
- Executed Scaled Agile Methodologies
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge on Asana, Jira, Confluence
- Additional Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Risk Assessment for medium/large scale Accounting client.
