You ensure the work area is effective for our customers', and cost-efficient for the store by coordinating and supporting the team. Key responsibilities (text) As the Product Quality Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Handle customer product quality concerns and returns by doing the initial inspection, providing feedback and
- Create product quality and compliance awareness in the store by educating co-workers on what product quality
- Block and report goods that have potential quality problems by issuing and creating store quality reports (SQRs)
- Block goods according to safety and sales stop routines, report quantity through Quality Stock Requests (QSRs),carry out and follow-up actions requested by IKEA of Sweden and Quality Support Centre (QSC).
Team vision (text) The Product Recovery & Quality department in the Sales function is a vital link in the success of the business working to recover costs by repacking and selling both damaged products, written off products and customer returns.
