Product Range & Data Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Providing expert advice, detailed analysis and reporting to key stakeholders within the business you play a key role in the development and execution of the business product strategy while maintaining meticulous product data within our ERP Systems.

A bit about you:
We are seeking a really unique person……our ideal team member will enjoy a dynamic and fast paced environment but have the passion and ability to perform highly detailed and sometimes technical work when needed. You will often work closely with our General Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales and Technical Departments to ensure we remain industry leaders, known for our innovative, diverse and unique Product Range.
This really is a hybrid role. Part Product Manager, Part Product Analyst, Part Product Range Administrator. The ability to flex quickly is paramount and keeps things fun and interesting!
A bit about the role, some of your duties may include:
- Undertaking market and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences and the overall competitive landscape, and use insights to provide advice on new and existing product decisions including pricing structures, multipliers and discount matrices
- Performing detailed analysis and cleansing of product data ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Reviewing and updating customer and product categories, supplier codes, standardising product descriptions and entry of high volume product data across a vast and varied inventory
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain and verify product data and integrate supplier data into our ERP and website
- Maintaining technical documentation library, including Safety Data Sheets and sales documents
- Educate and train internal teams, customers, and partners on product features and value propositions
- Work closely with our Marketing, technical and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and end to end new product onboarding
- Track, analyse and report on sales performance, inventory levels and customer trends / feedback to optimise product offerings
- Maintaining product and customer information on our company website
To be successful you will ideally have:
- Product / Range Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and manipulation
- Creative flair with the ability to think outside the box
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Office 365 suite
- Strong technical background
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and pivot as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving
