A s Product Recovery & Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Driving the transaction type cost prevention agenda within the store across all functions.
- Driving Recovery and Quality KPIs and securing their fulfilment through actions based on identified potentials.
- Implementing and improving ways of working inside Recovery department in line with compliance guidelines to reach efficiency.
- Acting as an ambassador for and securing the quality process in the store in order to improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
- Securing a sustainable way of working throughout the whole recovery process.
- Developing your co-workers to enable them to perform their tasks at their best.
- Securing the resolution process for written off products with focus on maximum profit.
- Contributing to the national Recovery & Quality matrix to enable sharing of knowledge and competence between stores.
The Recovery department is a vital link in the success of the business working to recover costs by minimising internal damages through repacking, building and selling both damaged goods and customer returns.
