THE OPPORTUNITY

Looking after South Australia and the Northern Territory, your passion for making a difference, will be your greatest asset. Reporting into a field sales manager who is collaborative, rolls up their sleeves and is a true team player, you have the support to grow this territory.

If you are a patient centric, strategic minded hospital sales professional, this role is going to deliver job satisfaction and continuous rewards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement a sound strategic and tactical territory business plan
  • Provide training and professional education to improve the knowledge of health professionals and ensure the accurate use of products in surgery.
  • Take ownership of the territory and assigned accounts and achieve strategically set sales targets.
  • Tailor the sales approach for each customer and hospital group.
  • Champion the team and company values by being an active contributor to the continued success of the division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist surgeons and HCP's.
