We are seeking someone who is technically minded, high energy, fast paced and eager to learn our products and work as part of our production team. The main part of your new career with us, will involve preparing and assembling products, providing over the phone technical support for our customers and general warehouse duties
No formal qualifications are required for this role, as we will provide on the job training for the right person, although you must understand drawings, have a technical mind set and be a quick learner.
A positive and an energetic work ethos is essential.
Ideal candidate will have
- Excellent personal communication skills, with a professional phone manner, as you will be trained to provide over the phone technical support to customers.
- Experience working as part of team.
- Diagnostics experience with electronic control equipment would be an advantage.
- Ability to plan and manage work assignments for successful on-time completion.
- Electronics engineering or service experience would be an advantage.
- Proven self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team.
- Manufacturing/production environment experience would be an advantage.
- Remote control device and technology experience would be an advantage.
- Great with power tools, soldering and creating a professional finish.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of products.
- Processing and evaluation of returned products.
- Preparing products ready for sale.
- Learning fault diagnosis and providing technical support to customers.
