An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Lamb Production Control and Planning Scheduler currently exists to join our Lamb team at our Cobram Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Livestock in making decisions to meet the Company requirements while maximising revenue through effective production scheduling.
- Plan production
- Forecast production
- Maintain product specifications
- Management reporting including yield and recoveries
- Schedule orders
- Inventory reporting
- Break even’s

- Sound production knowledge
