The Role:
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Production Manager to join the company and lead the production team on-site in Laidley. Playing an active role in the leadership team and reporting to the Packhouse Manager, you will lead, coach and develop capability within the production team.
Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
Engaging daily with Supply Chain, Planning & Maintenance
Ensuring correct labour levels are met to meet demand
Driving a safety first culture within the workplace
Compliance with HACCP and GMP policies
Communicating with all stakeholders to achieve DIFOT

You:
This role is best suited to someone who is able to manage their hours in conjunction with the expectations of the role. Additionally, you will have:
Experience in Manufacturing ideally in FMCG
Ability to manage large teams of 100+ in a production facility
A track record of building capability within your team
Strong business acumen and ability to control costs
An eye for strategic planning and problem solving
