The purpose of the job is to manage all the manufacturing activities on a site for the different projects, including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager of all the employees of the manufacturing organization of the site, and to assure the continuous development of the manufacturing métier on the site.
Key Responsibilities include:
Accountable for time management (presence management and activitiy management) of all employees, and compliance with local legislation
Continuously improve occupational safety of all employees, including contractors working onsite
Development of all employees
Accountability for the availability of the required resources, according to workload and production planning
Optimisation of the overall workload of manufacturing
Responsible for people management as per local HR policy
Implementation and application of corporate policies (IRS, EHS, OHSAS, Ethics and Compliance for manufacturing operations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum Master's Degree
Previous operation as Line Manager in an manufacturing enviornment
Minimum 5 years' experience
