Remuneration will be commensurate to the applicant’s experience and knowledge.
The Opportunity:
Focusing on SHRED-X’s values of Safe, Smart, Sustainable and Service, we are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Production Manager to manage our secure destruction facility.
What Will You Do:
Manage the warehouse operations
Maintain safety, environmental and quality processes
Lead and develop your team
Optimise the daily operations and formulate plans for improvement
Ensure the site is presentable and fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and statutory obligations
About You:
The successful candidate to join the SHRED-X Team will require the following skills:
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable
This is a hands-on manager type role
Some mechanical understanding, knowledge, and problem-solving skills
Passion and commitment to safe work practices
Forklift licence would be preferable
