Is this the role for you?
As a Production Technician working in the field you will ensure:
Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget
To be successful in this role:
Previous Experience in a similar role
Amazing customer service
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Strong technical ability and knowledge
A desire to learn
