A Leading door and timber company has an opportunity for a self-motivated, hard working person to join our production department.
Due to our continual growth we are seeking to add to our busy team.
Duties will include:
Production Scheduling.
Stock reconciliations and stock taking.
Distribution of paperwork to the shop floor.
Provide written and verbal communication to the team.
Manage stock levels.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the company's production schedules and related forward planning and expediate authorized purchases in accordance with policy and lead time requirements.
Liaise with internal departments.
Administration tasks including daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Involvement in monthly stock takes.
Other duties from time to time as requested.
The successful candidate will display the following qualities:
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal.
Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Good attention to detail and a 'can do' mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent organizational skills and can work well under pressure.
Personable, tolerant, reliable and can build rapport quickly.
Show empathy and leadership with others..
Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and be a team player.
Production / Warehousing experience.
Working hours: 7.30 am – 4.00 pm
