Working within a client services environment this position will be part of a service that provides assistance to a person with disability or their employer for workplace modifications, equipment and services they require as a result of their disability whilst improving clients work opportunities, capacity and independence.

We are seeking a part-time or full-time employee with flexible working arrangement in this dynamic environment based in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Full position description available upon request.
Key duties of the role will be:
- Case Management of Employment Assistance Fund applications
- Interviewing various stakeholders to gather relevant information pertinent to the case
- Working with other Health Professionals in overall case management of clients
- Arranging Workplace assessments and reviewing reports as appropriate
- Using your clinical reasoning skills to determine appropriate equipment and technology to be funded through the Employment Assistance Fund
- Approving funding for adaptive technology, equipment and modifications that will overcome barriers in the workplace for people who have a disability
About you:
You will be a qualified and registered Allied Health Professional (OT/PT/EP/SW/Psych) with:
- Passion for working with people with disability
- High attention to detail
- Sound clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent phone based customer service skills
- Experience and understanding of Workplace Assessments, and Vocational training to provide appropriate modification recommendations
- Competency in case management of clients with disabilities
- Proficiency in building relationships via telephone and email
- Capacity to utilise Outlook, Word, Excel, website navigation and accurately maintain client database records
- Flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 6am - 5pm WST
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
