Professional and Organisational Development Services (PODS) offers a comprehensive range of career and professional development activities for both Academic and Professional Services staff members.
PODS are seeking a Professional Development Consultant who has a passion for change and a thirst for continuous learning, to support employees and continue to drive the University forward.
This position will enhance UOW's management and leadership capability, ensuring people managers and leaders are equipped with the tools, resources and learning pathways to develop the capabilities and behaviours required for high performance in line with organisational needs.
Reporting to the Manager PODS, The Professional Development Consultant is a highly visible position and entails interaction and collaboration with a broad cross-section of stakeholders working closely with HR Business partners to design and deliver staff learning and development programs and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have advanced facilitation, communication, coaching and collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to strategically influence.
The successful candidate will be required to use high level project management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects against competing priorities and tight deadlines and continue to support and supervise cadets in the Management Cadetship Program.
