Global Technology Solutions (GTS) are entering an exciting growth phase as we launch our new cloud Practice Information Management System to our valued vet clinic customers. Having operated in this space for decades, we see this new offering as a game changer in being able to offer a SaaS product that is intuitive, user friendly and will enable us to continue making a difference to vet customers, pet owners and pets.
As Senior Manager – Professional Services and joining the GTS APAC leadership team, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction and growth of our Technology Professional Services and Learning Services offerings and act as a key contributor to the execution of the company’s strategy in the APAC region.
Your main responsibilities will include;
- Delivery of revenue and profitability targets for the Professional Services (PS) business lines, including Implementation Services (IS) and Learning Services (LS).
- Growing IS capacity to deliver on customer acquisition and onboarding strategy while collaborating with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to grow overall PS revenue.
- Supporting the Sales team to respond to tenders / business development opportunities.
- Driving effective talent acquisition and ongoing professional development to achieve a healthy talent pipeline and engaged workforce.
- Overseeing strategic customer relationship management, project management and overall service delivery, partnering with Customer Support, Product and Engineering to ensure a one-stop-shop experience.
- Driving efficiencies through process maturity, operational dashboards, operational risk management and continuous process improvement.
- Implement business systems and tools to manage Services Product Catalogue, Pricing, Demand Planning and Resource planning
- Aligning with Professional Services leaders in EMEA and the US as well as other customer facing teams in the APAC region to drive efficiencies and improvements in service offerings, profitability and customer service.
To be successful you will have;
- Tertiary qualifications combined with more than five years demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience within a professional services company (preferably software) with experience managing a P&L.
- Previous experience in defining Go to Market service offerings, pricing, marketing and sales enablement.
- Previous experience in managing service delivery to enterprise customers as well as small to medium sized businesses.
- Strong change management expertise, enabling employees to connect and adapt to new ways of working as well as driving sales targets in an agile environment.
