AddressDowner Water Services North is undertaking a program of works for the DOWSP program. This is a project delivery team for water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations and wastewater treatment plants delivering projects across the greater-Brisbane region. Due to internal movement and growth, the team is seeking a Program Administrator to join the team based in the centrally located and vibrant Bowen Hills office.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Program Administrator provides effective and efficient support across governance, reporting, and general administrative functions. This position would suit a highly-organised Administrator looking to gain exposure to Governance, Contracts Administration, Power BI reporting, presentations, Subcontractor and Supplier management processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist with administration of governance processes and procedures.
- Support Contracts Administration functions with claims and maintain and present relevant documentation as requested.
- Collaborate with Project Administration functions to maintain risk registers and Zero Harm procedures.
- Collate weekly and monthly data/ reports to compile presentations for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Support the greater Delivery and Support Functions of the program to ensure adherence to Quality, Governance and reporting requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- Administration experience in complex construction industry highly advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, time management and MS Office suite experience.
- Ability to develop an understanding of program requirements and apply to varied reporting, presentation and document requests.
- Outstanding communication skills and adaptability to a changing and busy environment.
- The desire to work within a collaborative team environment and contribute to the cohesive team culture.
