Role

The Program Associate Australia Awards supports our clients with relevant knowledge, unparalleled technical expertise, and an impact-focused precision to deliver on complex projects.

Location

The role is full-time and based in Adelaide.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery and implementation with a strong focus on project operations, contract management and financial management requirements.
  • Support consulting engagements as required through the completion of research tasks, data collection and evidence-based analysis.
  • Assist in business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities and maintaining opportunity pipeline database.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across your assignments.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality reports, strategy documents, and presentations for clients.
  • Demonstrate initiative to create solutions to client or project issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications and Key Competencies
  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of employment experience within a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in teams and with clients.
  • Highly developed organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region.
