The Program Director, THRF Group – Creative Health, working closely with the Chief of Client and Patient Services, will oversee the daily operations of the THRF Group – Creative Health team ensuring that programs and services are delivered to a high standard and that our strategic objectives are being met.

About the role
Reporting to the Chief of Client and Patient Services, the primary purpose of this position is to lead a diverse team of creative health professionals ensuring that THRF Group – Creative Health programs and services are delivered with a continuous focus on excellence.
The Program Director, THRF Group – Creative Health will be key in further developing and sustaining relationships with key partners, sponsors and stakeholders.
Role responsibilities include:
Drive continuous improvement and system uplift activities to enhance the quality of Creative Health services.
Oversee day to day operations of THRF Group – Creative Health including therapists, tutors and curators.
Work with the Chief of Client and Patient Services to evaluate service impact and contribute to the body of knowledge in Creative Health.
Work with THRF Group Senior Leadership Team to undertake strategic planning for the organisation and be responsible for the implementation of the Strategic Plan as it relates to THRF Group - Creative Health.
Seek new opportunities to expand service provision to the patient / client group, including working in collaboration and partnership with other organisations.
Support the Chief of Client and Patient Services to lead collaborations with external providers to deliver additional programming and grow the organisation profile as a market leader in the provision of innovative arts in health.
Assist in the creation, development and delivery of key fundraising activities and other events aimed at increasing awareness and building philanthropic and community support of THRF Group – Creative Health and its programs.
About you:
To be successful in the role you will ideally have;
A degree or equivalent in Business Management, Project Management, Arts or Arts Administration.
Demonstrated experience in program or project administration.
Demonstrated experience working within the health, arts and / or NFP sectors.
Demonstrated experience in the creation, development, and delivery of programs and / or events.
An ability to think creatively and work with a broad, multi-disciplinary team.
An ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholder groups including, government and communication professionals, medical professionals (researchers, clinicians, nurses), patients and donors.
