ABOUT THIS ROLE
To support its continued growth, Audible is looking for an operations focused Senior Program Manager. Your mission will be to work closely with global Product and local business teams to build a sustainable culture of delivery. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs ensuring deliverables are sent to market in a timely and accurate manner. You are equally comfortable working with leadership as you are with teams to communicate program status, escalate issues and manage dependencies.

As a Program Manager you will...
Support and deliver the global Product roadmap for the region
Monitor and track delivery status across multiple teams and projects
Manage open issues relating to program delivery
Ensure an appropriate degree of consistency in planning, documentation and core practices across teams to ensure meaningful velocity
Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritisation
Work with APAC stakeholders to ensure their needs are featured and scoped within global Product roadmap
Be a leader of operational excellence and delivery standards of practice
Write product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability, and development teams
Sweat the small stuff when it comes to the customer experience and the business
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in product management, product marketing, ecommerce, UX, or technology in technological industry
Strong experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
Strong analytical and Excel experience
Previous experience generating and quickly executing upon actionable recommendations based on the synthesis and analyses of data
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves. Earns trust from stakeholders, and is willing to do whatever it takes to deliver the right results
Capable of working in ambiguity. No set tasks, need to identify projects, set own goals, and work with cross functional teams
Ownership-Understand that ALL issues pertaining to the business is her/his issue. Propose and execute actions and challenge others to do same
Highly logical and can communicate complexities concisely
Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Can deal with high pressure situations
New product development experience
Experience working with international teams
Proven understanding of campaign performance metrics for online marketing
Experience with web/mobile analytics programs i.e., Site Catalyst, Google Analytics
Experience managing Agile projects using JIRA and Confluence
